Terms and Conditions of Use

Refund Policy
After an order has been processed, the client is responsible for paying the entire amount of that order, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the client if no work has been completed by DBSTYLZ, LLC for that order. In such cases, the client will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by DBSTYLZ, LLC for that order.

Changing Files Once Sent to Print or Client
Once a job has been approved by client and sent to print and or sent to client, no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. After an order has been sent to print, the client is responsible for paying the entire amount of that order, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the client if no work has been done by DBSTYLZ, LLC on that order. In such cases, the client will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Complaints
All complaints must be registered within 30 days of the order creation. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we would rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

Copyrighted Materials
You are solely responsible for the use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you provide DBSTYLZ, LLC to incorporate into your project. You agree that you will not provide any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party for your project unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your provided materials do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your project. By placing an order with us, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize DBSTYLZ, LLC to produce projects on your behalf.

Indemnification
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend DBSTYLZ, LLC and all parties from whom DBSTYLZ, LLC has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you provided to be incorporated into your project that was not part of the standard Site Content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
CLIENT AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CLIENT'S OWN RISK. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS,' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CLIENT AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CLIENT SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CLIENTS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CLIENT. NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CLIENT HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
